Book a 15‑minute online slot to avoid waiting, or drop by 116-118 Grahams Road, Falkirk FK2 7BZ—5 minutes from Falkirk Grahamston. Most screen repairs don’t need an appointment. Open Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat-Sun 10am-5pm.

2: Diagnose & Repair

Hand the device to our certified technician. We’ll do a free health check and give a fixed price before touching anything. Most repairs—screens, batteries, charging ports—take 30–45 minutes. Enjoy coffee on Grahams Road or use our free WiFi in the seating area.

3: Collect & Warranty

Pay only when you’re satisfied. We test all functions in front of you before handing it back. Our Green Guarantee covers parts and labour for 12 months. If anything goes wrong, bring it back to the Falkirk shop and we’ll fix it promptly.
